Description
Red and black with a cannon mounted over the top and skull flags posted at the landing, this pirate slide reads as a ship's stern the moment it goes up. A blue riding lane drops beside a rung climbing lane, dark maroon columns frame both sides, and the base closes in a banded red and black bumper wall. Twenty eight by twelve feet on the ground makes it one of the easier eighteen foot towers to place.

Where it earns
Themed units book at a premium over plain ones because the customer is buying the party, not the slide, and pirate is one of the few themes that never goes out of rotation. It carries birthday parties, vacation Bible school weeks, school reading nights, library summer programs and city events, and it holds its rate in the fall when a beach themed unit starts to look out of season. The twenty eight foot run and twelve foot width place it on lots where bigger towers will not go, which quietly adds jobs to the calendar every weekend. The cannon and flags are sewn in and inflate with the unit, so there is nothing extra for the crew to carry.
