Description
The 31ft Purple Rain is a tropical slide in a color almost nobody else is running. A 31 foot purple marble tower drops onto a long runout that passes under palm tree gateways in brown and green, 83 feet in total, finishing in a wide catch pool trimmed with a green zigzag along the base. It was named by a customer who won a contest for it, and it has been booking on that name ever since.

Where it earns
The color is the business case. Every market has four operators with a blue slide and the customer picks between them on price alone; a purple and green tropical run 83 feet long gets picked on sight and the operator quotes their own number. It suits luau and tropical themed parties, summer festivals, graduation events and quinceaneras, it runs wet in summer and dry through the shoulder seasons, and at 31 feet it carries a corporate or city booking on its own.
