Where it earns
Girl themed units book at a higher rate and further in advance than neutral castles, and this one covers that whole market without looking juvenile, so it goes out for a small birthday in the morning and a teen party in the afternoon. The splash pool and the wet or dry setup mean an operator is not buying a seasonal piece, the same 27 foot combo carries summer water parties, indoor winter gym rentals, baby showers, gender reveals and school events. Twenty seven feet of length also lets you charge a large unit rate while still fitting a standard residential yard, which is where the bulk of the bookings are. if you want the marble shifted or the hearts done in a different tone.
