Description
Dodgeball 2023 is an open arena rather than a jumper, twenty feet long and sixteen feet wide, framed in orange wood grain tubes with netting across the sides to keep play inside. A printed banner runs the top of the frame with the word Dodgeball between two flaming ball characters, and a center panel printed with a dodgeball match divides the floor into two ends. It is built with a hit tracking system, which puts it a generation ahead of the plain netted arenas most fleets are still renting.

Where it earns
Competition units bill differently from jumpers, because a client books them for an event program rather than for open play, and that means school field days, youth group nights, corporate team building, park district leagues, grad nights and camp weeks. An arena also holds a crowd's attention, so it works as the main attraction at the center of a field instead of one more thing on the perimeter, and operators regularly charge attendant time on top of the rental for running brackets. The low eleven foot height helps it into venues where a tall unit will not clear, which widens the list of places it can be booked., so a school or a league can have it built in their colors.
