A hot air balloon that stands on the ground and pulls eyes from the far end of a parking lot. Red, white and blue stripe panels run above and below a wide white band, and the whole envelope sits on a black base, 20 by 20 at the footprint and 16 feet tall. It is a display prop that does the job of a billboard an operator can move to a different client every week.

What colors is it? Red, white and blue stripes with a black base. Vinyl runs about 95 percent consistent between production batches, so tones can shift slightly from one run to the next.
