Description
The 16ft Tropical Waterslide puts a climbing lane and a slide lane on the same 9 foot wide frame, finished in green, yellow and blue with palm trunks standing either side of the deck under a red and orange arch. The number in the name is the height, so this is a genuine 16 foot drop without the footprint a 20 foot unit demands. An attached splash pool wraps the base.

Design details
- A climbing lane with rungs runs up one side of the unit.
- Mesh netting encloses the top of the climb.
- A covered no jump top caps the deck.
- The slide lane runs blue between yellow and green rails.
- Palm trunks stand either side of the deck under a red and orange arch.
- The splash pool is attached to the unit, blue inside with a yellow rim and a green outer wall.
- A drain in the pool clears standing water so the next turn goes straight away.
- 9 feet wide, narrow enough for a standard side gate and a suburban lawn.
Where it earns
This is the workhorse of a water fleet. Sixteen feet is tall enough that a customer feels they booked a real slide, and 9 feet of width means it goes into back yards, courtyards and side lots that a wide dual lane unit has to refuse, so it fills dates the flagship slide cannot. Run it wet through summer and dry in spring and fall and it earns across three seasons rather than one. The attached pool means no separate catch basin to haul or set, which shortens the install and lets a two unit day stay on schedule.
